We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If there are any issues, particularly damage or shortages, notify us within 48 hours where possible.

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue.
We may arrange collection of the affected goods for inspection. Please do not distribute or use any items until the matter has been reviewed.
If we confirm that the product or print is faulty, we will either:

Reproduce the faulty portion of the order; or

Issue a refund equal to the value of the affected items.
Our liability is limited to the faulty items only.
As most products are made to order and personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for artwork that has been approved by the customer.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
